Required Experience

Web Development: 4+ years of professional experience

Deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions by understanding how features fit into the bigger picture and taking full ownership from concept to deployment.
Consistently produce clean, efficient, maintainable code that meets modern standards and best practices.
Provide accurate time estimates and reliably deliver on expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing critical solutions on the fly when challenges arise.
Lead adoption of new tools or frameworks that bring real value to projects, backed by sound technical evaluation.
Balance innovation with pragmatism, improving or replacing legacy systems without disrupting project momentum.
Serve as a subject matter expert in a core technology or domain, providing guidance and elevating team performance.
Continuously refine your craft, leveraging feedback and experience to deliver better results with every project.
